Law Enforcement Requests
Globalnetic works with law enforcement and other competent public authorities to support lawful investigations. We aim to make the request process clear and help you identify the appropriate contact, records and submission route, while handling customer information with care.
Contact our team
Please contact abuse@globalnetic.com from your official agency email address. Include your agency, role, an independently verifiable callback number and a case reference. Our team can help with routing your request and arranging an appropriate secure channel for sensitive material.
Please use this initial contact to coordinate submission before sending sensitive case details. Where formal service is required, the applicable service procedure remains necessary.
Help us process your request
Providing the following information helps us verify your request, identify relevant records and avoid unnecessary follow-up:
- The requesting authority, jurisdiction and authorised official.
- The legal basis, the applicable order or other instrument, and the legal entity to which it is addressed.
- The relevant account, SIM or other identifiers, supplied through the agreed secure route.
- The specific data sought, its relevance and a precise date range, including time zone.
- The applicable deadline and the legal basis for any confidentiality or non-disclosure requirement.
- Secure return-channel details and an independently verifiable point of contact.
How we handle requests
We review requests for authenticity, jurisdiction, legal validity, scope and proportionality so that information can be shared appropriately. If clarification or additional documentation is needed, we will explain what is required to help your request progress. We provide records that we hold or can lawfully access, within the scope permitted by the applicable legal process.
Globalnetic operates as a light MVNO and works with network partners. Relevant records may be held by Globalnetic, a network partner or another provider. Where a request concerns another provider's records, we can help clarify the appropriate route where possible. Obtaining those records may require a separate request to that provider. The information available depends on the service, the records held and the applicable retention period.
Preservation requests
For a preservation request, please include the legal basis, the specific records and time period, and the requested preservation duration. We will assess the request and confirm the action that can lawfully be taken. Preservation and disclosure are separate steps; please obtain confirmation of preservation rather than relying on submission alone.
Requests from outside the EEA
Authorities outside the European Economic Area can contact the same team for help identifying the appropriate request route. We assess these requests under applicable law, including the GDPR's international transfer rules and Article 48 where relevant. Depending on the request, judicial cooperation or another lawful route may be needed before information can be shared.
Urgent requests
If your request is urgent, clearly mark the subject line “URGENT — Law Enforcement Request” and include the nature of the urgency, the legal basis, the relevant deadline and a direct callback number. These details help us assess and route the request appropriately.
For an immediate threat to life or safety, please also use established emergency and authority-to-provider channels. This mailbox is not an emergency service and is not continuously monitored.
